Free shipping for all orders, $100 and over within Australia.
Standard shipping rate of $7 for orders upto 1KG and $10 for order over 1KG across Australia for all orders $100 and under.

Delivery

All orders will be processed and packed within one working day of your order being placed and payment clearing. You should receive your delivery within 2 -5 working days, but remote areas can take a little longer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we may contact you to confirm the correct address. You will be liable for all additional delivery charges incurred in the return and re-delivery of your order.

Returns

We are proud to offer our customers quality products. However, should a product be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, please contact us at hello@thecoffeepot.com. Please supply your order ID number from your original confirmation email, a description of the damage or defect, along with your e-mail address and phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information, we will arrange an exchange of your ordered product. In the case your ordered product is no longer available, we will provide a refund.
